BRINGING THE DIGNITY OF WORK TO EVERY ABLE AND WILLING INDIVIDUAL
BETTER WORK
For Kevin, Work is More Than A Job
For the formerly incarcerated, or those unable to find work due to unemployment challenges a job is much more than a paycheck. That is why we work to help connect the unemployed to services and work.
A BETTER life begins with BETTER WORK.
BETTER WORK started as a response to the needs of the unemployed. As we began to connect unemployed individuals to job opportunities in the community, we recognized that a more collaborative effort was needed.
Many of the chronically unemployed faced barriers with education, family support, housing, or other obstacles that kept them from contributing to their own success.
This is why BETTER WORK was created.
By connecting service providers and employers, we are able to help the unemployed find and keep long-term employment.
