
KATHERINE GREENE
Healthy Families Program Manager
As the Program Manager of the Healthy Families Initiative (HFI) at Georgia Center for Opportunity (GCO), Katherine works closely with the Program Director and Hispanic Outreach Liaison to strategically build community partnerships and manage relationship skill-building education classes throughout Georgia.
Katherine is also certified trainer in several evidence-based curricula that help individuals and families build strong relationships, improve the health of their marriages and increase their parenting skills.
Prior to her role in HFI, Katherine supported the policy advancement team in their efforts with the school choice movement. She also worked closely to the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and President to ensure GCO had the proper financial and operational controls in place to help the vitality of the organization
In her spare time, Katherine and her husband have a strong focus on building and strengthening marriages and families through workshops, seminars, and retreats. Her love for family success has given her the opportunity to speak to couples throughout the Southeast and Midwest regions of the country as well as abroad to West Africa. She and her husband founded Power Couples Rock – an organization that build networks of couples to have masterful marriages for the kingdom of God around the globe.
She has co-authored along with her husband “The Family Goal Planning Guide and Workbook. The workbook is a holistic and vital tool which helps families and individuals live their best life through setting and achieving their goals. It covers six core areas: Faith, Family, Finance, Future, Fitness, and Fun.
Katherine holds a bachelor’s degree in Speech Communications and Theatre, from Middle Tennessee State University. She also has over twenty years of customer service experience and several years of leadership and front-line management experience with a Fortune 500 company.
Katherine is active in church, serving as a leader in the marriage ministry and several small community groups with her husband. She also serves on the leadership team of Eusebeia, an organization that collaborates with other faith-driven organizations to ignite and model Godly marriages.
She enjoys playing tennis, traveling, and going to the theatre.
Katherine has been married for over 25 years and resides in Lilburn, Georgia with her husband Carlos and two sons.
