Raising Highly Capable Kids Partnership Opportunities

We collaborate with local organizations to bring Raising Highly Capable Kids (RHCK) workshops to families across Georgia. RHCK is more than a workshop—it’s a connection point that leads to stronger families, more connected neighborhoods, and local support systems.

What is Raising Highly Capable Kids?

RHCK is an evidence-based, 10-session parenting program rooted in the 40 Developmental Assets—proven building blocks every child needs to grow into a confident, caring, and capable adult.

Developed by Rezilient Kidz, the program is implemented in communities across Georgia through our partnerships with schools, nonprofits, churches, and other community organizations. GCO works alongside these local partners to tailor the program and meet families where they are.

We provide step-by-step support to help your organization implement RHCK in a way that meets your community’s unique needs.

  • Implementation planning
  • Staff and facilitator training included
  • Marketing & recruitment support
  • Data tracking & reporting

What to Expect from Partnership with GCO

"This workshop doesn't just teach parenting tips—it transforms the way you connect with your kids. It's one of the most encouraging experiences I've had."
