Jim Eckstein
As Executive Vice President at the Georgia Center for Opportunity (GCO), Jim Eckstein manages GCO’s strategy and day-to-day operations. He is known as an innovator and is often called on for his expertise in strategy, fundraising, product development, and communications.
Jim has held leadership roles in several nonprofits and has worked for over three decades with faith-based organizations and educational institutions in the areas of strategy and fundraising. His earlier career in the financial services technology industry started with eight years of corporate experience before he moved on to found and run several successful fintech firms.
Jim has been married to his best friend, Tammy, for 31 years. Together, they have four sons and two dogs. Jim also blogged for several years on mercy and being an authentic Catholic dad at onecatholicdad.com.
