Angeline Seames
Angeline Seames serves as the Development Manager at the Georgia Center for Opportunity (GCO), where she manages both the operational and relationship sides of fundraising. She oversees gift processing and maintains the Salesforce database, translating that data into action through prospect research, event planning, and donor stewardship.
With a background spanning sales and development, Angeline brings a unique perspective to fundraising. Previously, she worked at the United Way of Greater Atlanta, where she managed a portfolio of corporate partners, securing gifts and cultivating relationships with leadership donors. In 2025, she was named a 30 under 30 recipient from the Young Nonprofit Professionals Network of Atlanta.
Prior to serving in the nonprofit sector, Angeline worked in sales and development for the Kennesaw State University and Georgia Tech athletic programs. In those roles, she planned non-athletic events, managed season ticket holders, and handled donor stewardship.
Angeline earned her bachelor’s degree in sport management at Bowling Green State University, with a minor in marketing, and her master’s degree in sport administration from Belmont University. She is an avid home cook and baker, and she enjoys working out and attending concerts or sporting events.
Angeline is passionate about creating opportunities for families to rise out of poverty. Her role is vital to retaining current donors and bringing in new ones, ensuring GCO has the resources to fuel its mission.
