BILL RODGERS

William A. (Bill) Rodgers is the Vice President of Workforce Solutions. Bill brings over 35 years of corporate experience with him to the position. Most recently he was the President and CEO of Four 12 Solutions working with Private Equity investors and corporations on strategic growth initiatives, market assessments and leadership development. Prior to that Bill was President and CEO of GoodCents Holdings and President and CEO of EMCOR Facilities Services. Earlier in his career Bill also served as an executive with both Johnson Controls and Waste Management, Inc. Bill has been affiliated with GCO for almost 20 years and has served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Bill’s background and expertise in running companies with thousands of employees enables him to identify and understand the needs of businesses looking to hire the un- and under-employed. He will work with them to develop strategies to help them fill their employment requirements. His knowledge will also allow him to advise corporations on hiring practices that will give those individuals their best chance to experience the dignity and hope of work.

In his spare time, Bill enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Evelyn, their adult children and spouses as well as their three terrific grandchildren.
